Here’s a little insight into a project we’ll be collaborating with Starbucks Malaysia and Nikon for 2015. Introducing the Young Author’s Programme which aims at bringing youths together to cultivate their interest in creative writing. Phase 2 is launching very soon – watch this space for more developments. Volunteers will be needed!

An early Saturday morning our Roots & Shoots team along with 5 eager volunteers drove up to Kuala Selangor to take part in the Starbucks event that helped to build a drainage system and garden landscaping for the new E-learning Community Centre in Kampung Lubuk Jaya. What a great day it was, listening to the children read out their stories and see the amazing work that Starbucks and Nikon have done.
